In September 2016,the Ministry of Education issued a formal edition of "core literacy of Chinese students",which was called "the key to curriculum reform","the source of the new curriculum standard and "the vane of the Chinese college entrance examination".In order to adapt to the new educational ideas and solve the new practical problems,the curriculum reform and the improvement of the curriculum model have become inevitable.The problems that our young students physical health continued to decline over the past 30 years remain.So to develop students' core competence in the teaching of physical education is the way to solve new problems in continuous improvement and development of physical education curriculum reform in china.It is true that the change of the educational environment will exert a great influence on the development of physical education.In the process,there are some excellent sports curriculum models and concepts conforming to the needs of reform.However,in the actual teaching,in order to better develop,there are still many things we need to practice and explore.After long-term exploration on the theoretical research and practice,"Health physical education curriculum model" was proposed by professor Ji Liu,director from Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education,Secretary of the Party committee,college of physical education and health of East China Normal University,first Changjiang Scholar in PE career.His aim is to solve the problem of the physical and mental health in Chinese students,especially the health level continually declining after 30 years.In March 2016,the Key Laboratory of the Ministry of education established the first 22 experimental base schools in China,and nearly 50,000 primary and secondary school students participated,thus the experimental work of "China's healthy sports curriculum model" began.The group leader of "curriculum model of Chinese health" from Key Laboratory of Ministry of education,professor Liu Chunyan,assistant dean of Institute of Physical Education,Hebei Normal University,introduced the model to Shijiazhuang.Shijiazhuang Foreign Studies School has the honor to be the first experimental base school for promotion and implementation of the model.The Chinese health sports curriculum model stresses three key points,namely,exercise load,physical fitness exercises and sports skills.The suitable exercise load must be practiced in PE class.The kinematic density around 75% is advocated in each class.the exercise intensity is supposed to reach the average heart rate 140-160 times / min;There should be about 10-minute physical fitness exercise in each class and it should be diversified and interesting,emphasizing physical compensatory and coordinated development;The students' sports skills are mainly about activities and competitions and about 20-minute limit should be guaranteed,making the students in class truly move,laugh,and improve their physical and mental health.Taking the students in the fourth stage in Shijiazhuang Foreign Studies School as an example,this study explores the practice of Chinese health physical education curriculum model,in order to evaluate the level of students' physical and mental health in the practice of health physical education curriculum model.The health achievement and experiences are comprehensively summarized in this paper,and the main problems in practice are pointed,the improving measures are given,too.It is not only to lay the foundation for sports teaching in our school and vigorous development in other experimental base schools,but also to provide data and theoretical reference for further research,dealing with health curriculum of physical education,in the future practice in Shijiazhuang and other national experimental base schools in China.
