The basis of national development lies in education,and basic education lies in the development of the teachers.However,the fact that teachers can promote the development of China's education,training of qualified personnel can be the cause of the development and social progress need,the key lies in the teachers' occupation moral construction.Preschool education as our basic education system part of the occupation moral construction of preschool teachers is the priority among priorities.It can be said that the kindergarten teachers' occupation morality not only will have a significant impact on the growth of children,but also have important implications for the future development of the state and nation.As the main object of education,the kindergarten is in preschool children,children at this stage is a critical period of physical and mental development and the formation of values,teachers' words and deeds will be a key role in the development of children.Therefore,to strengthen and improve the occupation moral construction of preschool teachers,improve the occupation moral level of preschool teachers,is the focus of current preschool teachers' work,is the focus of early childhood education,is the urgent demand of the education system and the development of the country.Since the new Chinese was founded,China attaches great importance to the construction of teachers' occupation moral children,and achieved certain results,but because of the influence of various negative factors,teachers' ideological concept has also undergone some changes,the ethics problem becomes increasingly prominent,affecting the healthy development of early childhood education.Therefore,how to solve the problems existing in the construction of teachers' occupation moral children,is an unavoidable and worthy of further research.This paper mainly uses the literature research method and comparative method,the existence of preschool teachers' occupation moral and occupation moral construction problems were analyzed,and reveals the main causes of the problems,and then the future construction of teachers' occupation moral children put forward the targeted countermeasures.Throughout the paper,focusing on the preschool teachers' cooperation and dedication in two dimensions;the construction of teachers' occupation moral children,two dimensions of training and management is mainly focused on preschool teachers' occupation moral.This paper is mainly divided into the following sections:The introduction part.This part mainly elaborates the background and significance of the research,points out the important role of teachers is becoming more and more important in the society,teachers' occupation moral implicit in the important position in the country and the nation hope;literature review at home and abroad,mainly expounds the innovation and deficiencies made domestic research of external teachers' occupation moral the results and the research methods.The first part mainly discusses systematically the teacher occupation morals meaning,namely the teaching is a professional skills,norms of behavior of teachers,teachers should abide by social norms;analyzes the characteristics of preschool teachers' occupation moral,moral standard,higher moral consciousness and consciousness of higher,more rich moral emotion.The author discusses the main content of the construction of teachers' occupation moral children,improve the occupation moral cognition,moral emotion,firm rich occupation occupation moral will,cultivate good habits of occupation moral.Put forward to strengthen the construction of teachers' occupation moral value of children.That is conducive to teacher professionalization,to work smoothly,to overcome the occupation burnout,to countermeasures to strengthen the kindergarten teachers' occupation moral.This part mainly discusses the specific countermeasures to improve the level of teachers' occupation moral children: cooperation in preschool teachers,emphasizing the importance of full participation,also need to be more proactive,establish the concept of cooperation,master the art of cooperation;expand the field and scope of cooperation,internal and external integration,build a platform;to improve preschool teachers professional level,should be to improve knowledge,rich emotion,strengthen the foundation,efforts to improve security,emphasizing the fine Wu industry practitioners,enjoy the happiness;in order to improve the kindergarten teachers' occupation moral training,we should improve the training system,to improve the understanding of the training work,improve the quality of training;to strengthen the moral supervision,should establish perfect morality,carry out the effective supervision and construction of moral evaluation mechanism more reasonable.
