In 2015 the basic concept of core literacy is put forward in China for the first time.Through the efforts of experts and scholars in our country,in the year of September 2016,the research results of "core competence of Chinese students" were issued.The results of the study on the basic framework of China's core literacy is described,and the next step in the work of the various disciplines to clear the training requirements.As an important part of chemistry discipline,the concept of chemical change plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating students' ability and promoting the all-round development of students.In this paper,three high school in Harbin,more than 200 students in the investigation,high school students' chemical change in the concept of strength investigated and appropriate training strategies are found to help students to build the concept of chemical change.In this paper,the different scholars' views on the connotation of the chemical change are summarized concept by searching the relevant literature,and the common points among them are found out.The concept of the basic chemical change concept as chemical learning,appears to be an independent concept but to really form a chemical change concept requires chemical ideas as a support,understanding the chemical change concept and basic conception of other chemical contact is necessary for training students' chemical change concept.Finally,the results are analyzed by SPSS22.0 software,the results show that there is a positive correlation with the degree of mastering the basic knowledge of chemistry and chemical changes of the construction concept of middle school students,and then through the factor analysis of the questionnaire of the problem dimensions,there are differences between different variables in each dimension.Combined with the results,the corresponding strategies to develop students' chemical change concept are found.
