China's education reform was entered a acritical stage,and core literacy was been e a hot issue of education reform all over the world.Our country has also carried out research on the core literacy system about student development,and each subject has put forward its own core literacy.Chemistry is a central discipline in the 21 st century.A very important role was played in the development of society and human progress.Chemical factual knowledge,the main body of chemical knowledge,refers to the knowledge that is closely related to the nature of substances and reflects the existence,preparation,preservation,use and inspection of substances.A very irreplaceable role was played in the study of other chemical knowledge and the cultivation of ability of student learning in Ideological and political education.It is the essential basic knowledge for citizens.However,many students feel that chemical factual knowledge is easy to understand but difficult to remember,and when they learning chemcal factual knowledge,they are not interested in it.Facing the situation and requirement of developing students' core literacy in chemistry discipline in the new era,what strategies should be used to teach chemical factual knowledge and promote students' development in all aspects are worth thinking and in this paper it is the main contents.The methods of literature research was adopt,questionnaire survey and interview.Based on the analysis of the research status of core literacy at home and abroad,and guided by the identified chemical core literacy system in our country,a questionnaire survey was made according to the five dimensions of chemical core literacy,and the current situation of high school students' chemical core literacy was tested.Through investigation and analysis,there are five difficulties for high school students to learn chemical factual knowledge: insufficient motivation,internal connection of knowledge,lack of macro and micro consciousness,low level of abstract generalization and bad learning habits.Based on the investigation results and relevant teaching theories,the factual knowledge of chemistry in senior high schools is studied,and the factors of thecultivation of chemical core literacy are analyzed.Five teaching strategies are put forward,namely,the strategy of concept formation and assimilation,the strategy of knowledge transfer and the strategy of information processing and memory,in order to cultivate students' chemical core literacy.The results show that the teaching strategy of chemical factual knowledge,which is guided by chemical core literacy,is effcitive to students' chemical core literacy,also improve students' interest in learning chemistry,effectively mobilize their initiative,stimulate their belief in learning organic chemistry,and improve their learning efficiency.Their scientific inquiry ability has been improved,their awareness of communication have been recognized.
