In recent years,the problem between teachers and students has continued to be active in media newspapers in various forms.The problem of teachers and students exchanges more and more attention from the education sector,invalid teacher and student exchanges in a variety of forms,to solve this problem has become an urgent task.People began to constantly reflect on and find ways and means to improve the exchanges between teachers and students.It is based on this kind of phenomenon.In this paper,the author analyzes the problems existing in the process of teacher-student interaction,analyzes the strategies and methods of cultural philosophy,and improves the current situation of teachers and students.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part,the preface.This part mainly expounds the purpose of the study,the theoretical significance of the study,the practical significance,and the research done at home and abroad for teachers and students in recent years,and summarizes the relevant research contents.The second part,mainly to explore what is the problem.From the perspective of cultural philosophy of human nature to think.This part of the human from the symbol of animals,people are cultural animals,people can use symbols to create cultural activities in three aspects of human nature were discussed.In addition,the cultural characteristics of teacher-student interaction are also considered,and the cultural characteristics of teacher-student interaction are summarized from three aspects:symbolization,culture and creativity of teachers and students.In the third part,this part mainly analyzes the cultural alienation of teachers and students from three aspects: the purpose,the subject and the way of teacher and student communication.Each aspect from the symbol,culture,create three angles for analysis.The fourth part is mainly for the cultural alienation of teachers and students to carry out the reconstruction of teachers and students,the same from the purpose of teacher and student exchanges,the main body,the way three aspects of the reconstruction.Every aspect is from the symbol,culture,create three angles.The fifth part,concluding remarks.This paper summarizes the harvest and shortcomings of this study and provides the way forward for the future efforts to reflect on the reconstruction of teachers and students in the field of cultural philosophy.
