Research On Security Strategy Of Opening And Sharing Big Data In Education

The founder of scientific sociology,Merton,put forward scientific publicism in the twentieth century and spread the idea of openness and sharing in the field of science.Today,with the rapid development of science and technology,big data wave sweeping the world and open sharing of ideas more deeply.Big Data applications to inject new blood into the world of education,so that the traditional education industry innovation and rejuvenation.Many countries and regions at home and abroad have introduced relevant policies or action plans to promote the development of large data industry.But at the same time,It brings security risks go hand in hand.Different industries,different departments,different countries have to take measures to deal with.Based on the conceptual connotation of data,large data,data openness and sharing,this paper analyzes the national strategy adopted at home and abroad,as well as the specific cases of domestic data security,and then contact the education industry specific characteristics,put forward suggests for security strategy system design of open and shared big educational data.The security strategy system set up technical supervision,data center,operation supervision,industrial cooperation,personnel protection and legal protection of six aspects.In the technical regulatory level,in addition to conventional data technology,artificial intelligence put forward various industries are widely used,and analyze the role of education in the field of data security.Data center is to establish a database in Tianjin.The central platform entrusts data operators and works with third-party hardware vendors to enhance cooperation between different industries and win-win,co-operation and management of large education data.In terms of talent,Tianjin can build a professional talent training base.Finally,for the legal protection,Tianjin may be introduced for the education of large data security issues,"Tianjin on the safety of large data security regulations" and so on.The innovation of this paper includes the following two points.Firstly,I use the comparative methods to study and analyze the domestic and foreign data security strategy;Secondly,I construct the Tianjin education data security strategy system according to the national large data security strategy design.Hoping that it has an effective flash point and can solve the education of large data security issues.
