| Calisthenics is a sports program which is popular among students and is a combination of fitness and entertainment.As an important part of college physical education,aerobics plays an important role in college physical education.In this paper,by the methods of expert interview,logical analysis,the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,analysis to the nanchang institute of technology as an example of minority preppie aerobics teaching present situation of the project,analyze the minority preppie problems in aerobics teaching,puts forward the their nanchang institute of technology the development of the aerobics teaching strategy.The following conclusions are drawn:1)Nanchang Institute of technology national minority preparatory aerobics teaching present situation is: the teacher’s teaching status quo of nanchang institute of technology age structure tend to be younger,aerobics teacher qualifications structure is better,a reasonable distribution,minority preppie obtained satisfactory teaching effect of teachers;Nanchang institute of technology of ethnic minority preppie aerobics not set unified teaching materials and examination content,mostly free choice by the aerobics teacher,the teaching of the teachers use the traditional teaching mode,more cooperation between plug teaching mode,evaluation content is relatively fixed,the assessment standard is relatively single.Students to learn the status quo for the ethnic minority preparatory students to aerobics high degree of identity,support for national fitness also is added in the aerobics teaching attitude,to participate in the motive of aerobics course is to enhance health and beautiful shape form,to master relevant knowledge of aerobics;The factors affecting the training interest of minority premed students are diversified,the lack of venues and facilities is external,the teacher level and teaching content are the main factors.Students are not doing well outside of class,mainly in classroom practice.2)There are problems in the teaching of the national preparatory work of the minority nationalities in nanchang institute of technology: the school leaders have not attached great importance to the teaching of aerobics;Lack of funding for aerobics programs in schools;The curriculum of aerobics is not perfect;The professional quality of aerobics teachers needs to be further improved.The students’ interest in aerobics is mixed.3)The development countermeasure of the teaching of the national preparatory work for the minority nationalities in nanchang institute of technology is to improve the degree of attention of the school leaders to the aerobics and promote the development of teaching;Improve the investment and create good external conditions for aerobics teaching;Constructing the innovative teaching mode of aerobics courses and establishing a systematic and diversified teaching evaluation system;To strengthen the construction of teaching staff and improve the professional quality of aerobics teachers;Establishment of aerobics club and national aerobics association. |
