Studies On Internship And Practical Training Of Tour Guide Of Secondary Vocational Education

Internship and Practical Training is the important part of training tourist guides in secondary vocational schools.It is an important carrier with function implementation of the groundwork of pyramid tourism vocational training system.However,they pay more attention to Teaching than Practical Training,so the research of Practical Training is relatively weakness and lack in the research results.this article adopts the method of literature,Combing summary guide education,secondary vocational of talents tourist guides training,secondary vocational talents tourist internship and practical training,defines the connotation of the Tourist Guide,Tourist Guides Training,Internship and Practical Training of Tourist Guide.Makes a specialty of the structure system of the Internship and Practical Training of Tourist Guide and survey scale.Taking Internship and Practical Training of tour guide education in secondary vocational schools in Yueyang as an example,makes investigation on the cognition of the importance and satisfaction perception of the Internship and Practical Training.According to the data analysis,explored the structure of the secondary vocational tour guide training practice by means of exploratory factor analysis,basing on the cognition of importance on Internship and Practical Training,It includes classroom practice,extracurricular practice,off-campus practice,moral education practice,knowledge and skills practice.there exist significant difference in the perceptive importance on Internship and Practical Training among groups of different gender,age,culture level,account type,professional role,guide the practice experience,the tour guide career choice and attitude to the tour guide career prospects,showed by independent sample T test and variance analysis.the overall satisfaction of secondary vocational tour guide personnel training practice in Yueyang is low,basing on the satisfaction perception of Internship and Practical Training of teachers and students majoring the tour guide professional in secondary vocational schools,the extracurricular practice,off-campus practice,moral education practice,knowledge and skills practice,classroom practice is in descending,Finally,through the Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA),it is concluded that off-campus practice should focus on improving,second to classroom practice,moral education practice,knowledge and skills practice practice,at the same time,extracurricular practice should to be hold and appropriate reduction.In the last part of this paper,the author also puts forward the optimization path of the Secondary Vocational Talents of Tourist Guides Internship and Practical Training gives advice to the relevant departments.
