With the rapid development of tourism,the demand for professional talents is gradually increasing.The cultivation of professional skilled talents is the basis for the sustainable and stable development of tourism.As a training base for professional skilled talents,secondary vocational schools provide a large number of talents for all walks of life and become a strong guarantee for the talent reserve of Tourism industry.At present,there are still many problems in the teaching of secondary vocational schools,such as inaccurate orientation of vocational needs for training objectives,inconsistent teaching content with job requirements,single teaching methods and low learning enthusiasm of students.”Basic Knowledge of National Tour Guide" is the basic course and core course of tour guide service specialty in secondary vocational schools.Tour guides play an indispensable role in the tourism industry.Their jobs require high professional skills.They not only need solid basic cultural knowledge but also professional skills.They can be responsible for all kinds of problems in the process of travel alone.Therefore,the teaching design with the main goal of improving their ability is very important for the training of students majoring in tour guides and services.In view of the nature and teaching requirements of this course,the action-oriented teaching model can not only enrich the teaching methods and mobilize students' learning enthusiasm,but also pay more attention to the needs of tour guides' posts in the selection of methods and contents,create a real working environment through simulation teaching and role playing,improve students'understanding of tour guides' profession,and enhance tour guides' working skills.Based on the action-oriented teaching model,this paper designs the course"Basic Knowledge of National Tour Guide"for the major of tour guide service in secondary vocational schools.By sorting out the relevant literature,this paper expounds the positive influence of Action-oriented Teaching Mode on teaching effect in different disciplines,and draws on the methods of infiltrating action-oriented teaching mode in teaching design by relevant scholars,so as to determine the research dimension and content of this paper.Through questionnaires and interviews,this course was investigated and problems were found.On the basis of improving existing problems,action-oriented teaching mode was adopted to design the course of "Basic Knowledge of National Tour Guide".Two teaching units,Classical Chinese Garden and Chinese Diet Culture,were selected to design the course.Finally,the curriculum design is reviewed and evaluated.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part:Introduction.This paper introduces the research background,research significance,literature review,research ideas,contents,methods and innovations.This paper focuses on the literature review on teaching design,especially in the secondary vocational school teaching design and action oriented teaching mode,so as to find out the breakthrough points and innovation points based on the research of experts and scholars.The second part:The foundation of the teaching design of "Basic Knowledge of National Tour Guide",which is based on constructivism,multiple intelligences and situational learning theory,elaborates why action-oriented teaching mode is chosen as the guiding ideology of teaching design.The third part:The investigation of the current situation of the teaching design of the course "National Tour Guide Basic Knowledge",which investigates the students,teachers and practitioners respectively,and analyses the problems existing in the teaching design of the course "National Tour Guide Basic Knowledge" in secondary vocational schools from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching methods,teaching effects and teaching evaluation,so as to improve the teaching design on the basis of improving the problems.The fourth part:The specific introduction of the teaching design of the course"Basic Knowledge of National Tour Guide".In the course design,the teaching goal is oriented by working ability,the teaching situation is dominated by professional situation,the teaching content is focused on typical work tasks,the teaching strategy is focused on integration of theory and practice,and the teaching evaluation is based on ability.The fifth part:the reflection and summary of the teaching design.
