Research On The Construction Of A Conservation Oriented Campus In Higher Vocational Colleges In Hunan

Education resources are an important part of the social resources.The conservation-minded society calls upon the conservation-oriented campus,which is not only the demand of the campus itself development,but also the requirement of improving students’ comprehensive quality and perfering duties of high colleges.Compared with the mature management systems and models in universities,there are many defeats in saving resources,integrating resources and improving efficiency in vocational colleges.To build a conservation-oriented campus should be a concept of scientific development in the aspects of running a school,campus construction and management.It fully displays the management thinking and conservation education concept in saving power,water,land,resources,enviromental protection and running a school.And then conservation-oriented campus culture is formed generally.According to such a concept,the article refers to some advanced theories,such as sustainable development,circular economy,overall management and analyzes the current conservation-oriented capmus construction situation in Hunan vocational colleges.It also reveals some problems in the conservation-oriented campus construction in Hunan vocational colleges from the aspects of society,schools,managers,students and some other subjective factors.These problems mainly relate to the recognition deviation,the serious daily waste,the publicity dissymmetry,the imperfection of the policy,the less attraction of the activities and the weak promotion of the new skills.This paper analyzes the causes of such problems.The model of ecological campus in Harvad University,USA,the adjustment measures to local conditions in Osaka University,Japan,the reinforcement system in Singapore and some other experience from both home and abroad,could offer some reference for Hunan vocational colleges.The writer borrows some part of advanced experience,and wishes to construct a way to build conservation-oriented campus for Hunan vocational colleges by cultivating campus culture,constructing system,improving technology,and enhancing execution and support.
