The construction of rural teachers is directly related to the quality of education in rural high schools,and instructional design competence is an important measure of teacher professional development.Therefore,it is necessary to study the current situation of the instructional design competences of mathematics teachers in county high schools,which will help the self-improvement of instructional design competences and promote the effectiveness of teaching.it can promote the professional development of rural teachers to a certain extent.In this paper,using literature survey,questionnaire survey,interview survey,case analysis on the present situation of the county high school mathematics teachers' instructional design competences and influencing factors of in-depth investigation and study,and based on this put forward to strengthen the county high school mathematics teachers' instructional design competences of effective strategy.The specific conclusions are as follows:1.Through the analysis of the questionnaire,the development status of the instructional design competences of mathematics teachers in county high schools was obtained.The competences of the six dimensions are uneven,from high to low: To understand and analyze the competences of students',teaching strategy selection competences,teaching content reorganization competences,elastic design competences,process design competences,teaching process design competences teaching objectives compilation competences.Among them,teachers are poor in the competences of elastic design competences,teaching process design competences and teaching target compilation competences.By ONE ANOVA(single factor inspection),found that teaching experience with the teachers understand the analysis of students' competences of teaching content restructuring elastic design competences significant difference exists among the three dimensions of performance for teachers' teaching experience,the longer the more the competences of teachers in three dimensions.2.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,the teaching objectives and teaching process in the teaching design cases are coded and analyzed to obtain the specific current situation: Mathematics teacher of rural high school pay attention to the key teaching points when setting teaching objectives,but ignore the comprehension of curriculum standards and the correct statement of teaching objectives.In the teaching process,teachers attach importance to the conclusion and application of the conclusion,but ignore the process of discovering the patterns.3.Through further questionnaires and interviews,it is concluded that teacher factors,school study factors and teacher training factors are the main factors influencing the improvement of competences of teachers in county high schools.Aiming at the influencing factors,the following development strategies are put forward: teachers should pay attention to the transformation of education concept,school should enrich research activities,education department should strengthen the effectiveness of rural teacher training.
