Ski instructors are getting more and more attention as a bridge between ski resorts and tourists in the public skiing.Their role is becoming more and more significant in the skiing industry.In the face of the rapid development of the ski market,the present situation of ski instructors,the problems and development countermeasures of skiing instructors are serious problems to the sports workers,snow managers and other.Therefore,this paper used literature,survey,mathematical statistics and logic analysis to study the current situation,main problems and development strategies of ski instructors in Harbin.Through the study found:1.Ski instructors male mostly,the proportion of supervisors between the ages of 26 and 30 is greater;the overall academic qualifications are not high;the occupational structure is complex;the nature of the work is mostly full-time in Harbin.2.The degree of attention is general of ski instructor's work in Harbin.The knowledge and skills are mainly from various short-term training courses and professional training of PE colleges.Most of the guidance period is less than 3 years.There is not a small number of job certificates and most have certificates.3.The satisfaction of ski instructor's income is in general;The guide the ski project mostly is double board,the majority of the target is the first skier;Ski instructors should have the quality and ability to have security measures,teaching skills,communication ability and so on;4.The main problems of ski instructors in Harbin: the difference of gender proportion,the irrational age structure,the low level of education,guidance period is not long,professional and technical level is unreasonable,the ratio between the level of imbalance,work motivation for low-level needs,quality level is low,all aspects of capacity to be improved,staff structure is complex,mobility,management is loose,training is in the form of lack of supervision,management and training system.5.The development countermeasures of ski instructors in Harbin: optimization the ski instructor gender and age structure,strengthen the quality of ski instructors training,and constantly improve the quality and ability,improvement the training of ski instructors,strengthen the construction of ski instructors,strengthen the supervision and management of training departments and ski resorts,building a network training platform and information management system.
