The Condition Of The Social Pe Instructor In The Operational Fitness Of Harbin And Its Strategy

As the development of the society and the economic and the great improvement of people's living standard,people begin to go to the operational fitness with complete sports facilities instead of doing simple body building in the street, square or park. They go to gym and go on individual fitness with the guide of professional trainer. All of these need fitness trainers who master different professional skills. Professional social PE trainers are indispensable in the development of social PE and its popularization. Their effects can have an effect on the train result and the development of the club. How to train professional social instructors with good trainings, carry forward the development of nationwide fitness campaign and social PE, are the origin of our research.This passage uses document literature method to research on 15 managers of fitness in Harbin, professional social PE instructor and fitness enthusiasts, and do research on the data we acquired.The research indicates that 80% of the social PE instructor are under the age of 30 and 63.2% of them have bachelor degree or above. The gender distribution of them who gain qualify certificate of passing the exam is 2 to 1. The ratio of junior and middle class is not rational and lacking of senior social PE instructor. And with the increasing of the team,the lacking people are become more and more. 85.3% of the fitness enthusiasts are satisfied with the social PE instructor's work and 82.1% of them have participated in the training in the fitness but lack systematic retraining. Sports administration should increase the supervision of the social PE instructor and each fitness should further perfect the manage system to the social PE instructor.According to the condition of management of social PE instructor, training and the construction of the team, we put forward that go on put social PE instructor management into practice and improve the management system, build networking management platform,consolidate the executive law enforcement, implement professional access system, shorten the development diversity of different cities, standard training process, supervise and guide to the training base, carry on flexible training method, improve quality of training, deal with the relationship of quality and quantitative, strength training professional talents and improve social PE instructor's admittance, rational allocation the quality and level of social PE instructor.
