Research On Han Feizi’s Moral Education

Han Feizi is a famous thinker with the legal thought in ancient China,whose theory is mainly recorded in his book "Han Feizi".In his book,Han Fei concentrated on his theory of the rule of law,and argued that the monarch should govern the country through strict enforcement of the law.In order to achieve this purpose,Han Feizi put forward the specific moral requirements of the monarch,ministers and people,set ideal moral personality for people from all walks to help them adapt to the rule of law,provided the basic rules and norms of behavior what should be followed for each social class of people to help them get the development goal,what reflects the extent of his emphasis on moral education.Not only that,Han Feizi summed up the previous research results,combining with the actual environment,formed a distinctive moral education system.Today,combining the rule of law with the rule of virtue,Han Feizi’s theory of moral education is consistent with the current,what is wealth of theoretical significance for expanding the breadth and depth of moral theory research.With the development of market economy,the traditional values of China have been shocked.The moral measures advocated by Han Feizi are reasonable and feasible,and they can also be used as the means and tools for the implementation of moral education what can accelerate the erection and cultivation of socialist core values and promote value identity.From this point of view,Han Fei’s moral education research has rich practical significance.Based on the above contents,this paper will research on the moral education of Han Fei through the basic ideas below.In the introduction part,it mainly introduces the research background and significance of this research,and generally reviews the research status of this topic,and introduces the research methods and possible innovations.The first chapter mainly describes the forming background of Hanfeizi’s moral education thought,combined with the historical evolution,what can be summed up as economic environment,political environment and cultural environment.The second chapter discusses all classes of authors,studied by Han Feizi,lists the main theory of Confucianism,Taoism,Legalism and Mohism.The third chapter of the thesis systematically describes the content of Han Feizi’s theory of moral education,and introduces the purpose,method and characteristics of Han Feizi’s moral education.In the fourth chapter of the thesis,through the analysis of the key part of Han Feizi’s theory of moral education,this paper puts forward three theoretical propositions ofmoral rule and rule of law,moral education and management,moral education and education,combining with the present social environment and characteristics.Through the analysis,we can learn from the proposition of Han Feizi’s moral education.This paper puts forward the practical guidance of Han Feizi’s moral education theory at the end of this chapter,and puts forward the deepening of the work of moral education by carrying forward the social culture,fostering the core value and deepening the social governance.Han Fei’s thought of moral education has distinct characteristics,covering many categories such as philosophy,ethics,management and pedagogy.Many of them have a long history,and still have rich reference and guidance significance in the rapid development of society.
