Research On The Current Situation Of College Students' Network Civilization And Educational Countermeasures

With the rapid development of Internet and the expansion of Internet use,more and more people into the Internet,the China Internet network information center released the 37 th time of the China Internet network development state statistic report shows that as of December 2015,688 million college students in China,the Internet penetration rate reached 50.3%,half of the Chinese people have entered the Internet.The Internet can bring people more rich with more information,make people's communication more convenient,entered the era of a "global village".Internet fundamentally changed the students' learning style,life style,communication,entertainment,more and more college students become the main force of network,became a force in network society in China,the network also has a huge impact on college students.Because of network characteristic openness,timeliness and so on,can be more effective and more comprehensive to college students spread worldwide hot information,provides the college students' learning,living and entertainment more space and platform,the more inspired the students' creativity and initiative,makes a lot of college students through the network to achieve the self-worth and self-esteem.But the network is a "double-edged sword",because of the network characteristics of concealment,anonymity and the disadvantages of network development process and the reason of inadequate supervision,such as network fraud and pornographic violence,spreading false information and junk mail,scurrilous attack,the network academic misconduct,the excessive human behavior,such as hacker phenomenon on the Internet.Many college students are so addicted to the Internet,there are many Internet uncivilized behavior,not only affect their study,life,and even harm the interests of others and social stability.This paper is divided into three chapters,the first chapter elaborates on the university network civilization,found the importance and urgency of College Students' network construction;the second chapter through college students conducted a questionnaire survey on the current situation of Internet civilization network civilization can not be optimistic about the status quo of college students and found that the emergence of these phenomena and the emergence of these uncivilized network behavior are discussed.And research found,mainly for three reasons: the absence of social network legal system is not perfect,the campus network supervision is not perfect,lacking self-discipline network and home network civilization;the third chapter puts forward the education countermeasures for the construction of network civilization students according to the above four reasons.
