In recent years,with the rapid development of higher vocational colleges,the scale of students in vocational colleges has also been expanding.However,in view of the preparation of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges through the limit,widespread knowledge teacher shortage,many higher vocational colleges curriculum teaching in class more specialized classes form a classroom can even up to four hundred students,seriously affected the teaching effect,obviously does not reflect the dominant position of students in learning therefore.It is imperative to reform the general education curriculum in Higher Vocational colleges.Based on the innovation of the general class in Shijiazhuang Institute of Railway Technology,the reform of teaching mode of "situation and policy",using a mixed teaching mode of the combination of classroom teaching and network courses in higher vocational colleges,curriculum reform,improve students' learning interest and teaching quality,have a good teaching effect.this paper mainly studies on the following aspects: Firstly,concluding the development situation and characteristics of the general class in higher vocational colleges,cognitive characteristics of higher vocational college students,the development situation of making network course and the characteristics of Situation & Policy by consulting the References in recent years;Secondly,in the process of construction of Shijiazhuang Institute of Railway Technology "situation and policy" network curriculum,in-depth exchanges with teachers,summed up the specific requirements of production "situation and policy" network curriculum,completed the design and production of "situation and policy" network course.Specific practice includes: script writing,writing,video courses shooting,PPT courseware production,shooting video clips,the end of the film,production,editing and revision of the course video.Thirdly,after the completion of the entire network course,through the application of online classroom,the actual teaching effect of web-based courses is evaluated.Finally,the research of this paper is summarized.network course,this paper discovers some problems on resource construction and the process of producing when making some network courses,puts forward the solutions and experiences after making the network course.Based on the study of the course and the actual teaching application of "situation and policy",this paper records the process and methods of teaching,evaluates the teaching effect and sums up the relevant experience.I hope it can provide reference for scholars who are devoted to online courses.
