Micro-course is the product of the deep integration of subject curriculum and information technology,is the focus of education field,and the breakthrough point for educators to explore the reform of teaching mode.Scientific and efficient design and development of micro-courses is the goal that educators are pursuing together.In the course of the development of micro-courses,the advantages of the high school information technology discipline,such as teachers' skills and network learning environment,are the main positions of micro-courses design and development.In addition,with the development of the theory and practice of core literacy in the world,it has become an important issue in the field of education to cultivate students' core quality.2014,the Ministry of Education on the overall deepening of curriculum reform and implementation of the strengthen moral education and cultivate people fundamental task of the views of the formal publication,and proposed to develop and build "key competence system for students".key competence has become an important force to promote education and teaching reform under the background of new era.This research focuses on the two hot issues of "core literacy" and "micro-courses",and studies the design and development of the information technology micro-courses for the core literacy.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status of key competence through the method of common word analysis and literature research,and analyzes the main research hot spots of key competence in our country in detail.Secondly,based on the theoretical research of core literacy and micro-courses,this paper puts forward a new concept of "micro-courses oriented to core literacy" and points out the relationship between the key competence and the micro-courses.The key competence provides a new educational idea for the design and development of micro-courses,and the micro-courses oriented to the key competence can promote the cultivation of students' key competence,and it is also the main goal to achieve.Then,aiming at how to promote the design and development of micro-courses through the key competence idea,this research constructs the high school information Technology micro-courses development model oriented to the key competence,clear the specific process of micro course design,development and implementation,and integrate the content of key competence in each link reasonably.Then,the principle and method of micro-course evaluation are put forward from the perspective of key competence.Finally,using case-assisted method to "comprehensive activities: Design a travel plan" for the case of the core-oriented micro-courses design and development,and carried out a small scope of application,using the questionnaire survey method to investigate the learner's satisfaction with the micro-courses and suggestions for improvement,The findings show that learners generally support micro-courses.At present,the research on micro-courses oriented to core literacy in China is relatively few.The author hopes that this research can provide some reference value for future research,hope that more researchers can join in the research of micro-courses oriented to core accomplishment,develop more high-quality micro-courses resources,and promote the development of Chinese students' key competence.
