With the coming of the micro-era,the form of teaching media is becoming more and more diversified.Some informationization courses such as micro-class,Flip-Class and MOOC are becoming popular.This kind of teaching method which takes the electronic resource as the main part is widely used in teaching now.While the micro video resource which can meets the teaching requirements is the key of these new classes.At present,the micro video is still being studied,which has not formed in a complete theoretical system.It cannot be widely used because its quality has not meet the qualification.Therefore,this thesis introduces Camtasia studio which can be used to design and edit micro-video to improve its quality and make satisfactory teaching micro video.In this thesis,the author presents the background of the thesis,the current studies of micro-video both domestic and overseas,the problems of current studies,and uses documentary research method,the survey research method and the action research method.Also,the author makes micro video which be used in senior biology teaching with the guidance of relevant theories.This thesis is divided into six parts.The reason why I choose this subject is introduced in the first part.Also,I clarify the purpose and significance of the research,analyze the research status at home and abroad,define the concept of Camtasia Studio and micro video,and expounds the methods and ideas of the research.The second part is about the theoretical basis.This thesis is mainly based on constructivism theory,cognitive load theory and micro-learning theory.The third part introduces the principle of making micro video,methods of using Camtasia Studio,and application mode of micro video.The fourth part is designed for the specific teaching content of micro video and applying the micro video made by Camtasia Studio and exported by PowerPoint to practical teaching via the way of flipped class.The fifth part is analyzation of effect detection,the author uses SPSS to do the Independent-sample T-test,and evaluate the design of micro video according to both students and teachers' feedback.Finally the author draw the conclusion.The sixth part is the summary and prospect of this thesis.In this part,the author finds that using the micro video produced by Camtasia Studio gains good effects in practical teaching.The author also reflects the deficiency of the research.By the research,the author finds that the score of comparative class is higher than the experimental class' s.It shows that Camtasia Studio is better in recording micro video.Micro video which is recorded by Camtasia studio can meet the teaching requirements of senior biology.Also,it improves the autonomy of students' learning,optimizes the available micro-video resources effectively,and provides references for frontline teachers.
