The development of modern educational technology has made teaching resources and teaching methods more and more abundant.As a kind of teaching resource,micro-course is not only a curriculum resource for students to learn independently,but also can be integrated into a variety of teaching methods.The micro-course is a product of "Internet+".Its characteristics are consistent with the current network environment,and it has the characteristics of short duration,easy dissemination,clear viewpoint,and content concise.In 2010,micro-classes began to appear in China,and the initial development in China was slow.Due to the popularity of the Internet and mobile devices,the micro-course entered a period of vigorous development during 2014-2018.The author's investigation found that there is no research content related to micro-courses in China.Therefore,in order to promote the design and development of lecture-based micro-teaching resources,this study will provide a more detailed review and review of relevant research.Based on the research status,this paper uses the literature research method,investigation research method,empirical research method,interview method and other research methods to analyze the content of the design and development of the series of micro-courses of "High School Students' Speech Ability Improvement".Firstly,the thesis expounds the research background,combs the domestic and international research status related to micro-courses,and develops the research purpose and significance,research content and methods.Secondly,it is the theoretical basis for the design and development of the micro-classes of "High School Students' Speech Ability Improvement".Clarify the relevant concepts of micro-classes,follow the development concept of micro-design,visual expression and emotional transmission,and build the micro-course design of "High School Students' Speech Ability Improvement" based on the policy support,resource advantages and the feasible conditions of students' needs.Development process.Next is the design section of the "High School Students' Speech Ability Improvement" series.Based on the policy and Students' needs,the three sub-themes of How to Shape the Image,How to Tell the Good Story,and How to Spread the Good Voice are set up in the series of micro-courses.Complete instructional design,including detailed pre-analysis,corresponding teaching strategies,and teaching processes that meet the cognitive needs and actual needs of high school students.Then there is the development section of the "High School Students' Speech Ability Improvement"series,including the writing of the sub-shot script,the establishment of the style,the collection and finishing of the material,and the later editing and output.Next,we used the interview method to evaluate and feedback the series of micro-courses of "Higher Students' Speech Ability Improvement",and set up focus groups of experts,teachers and students to conduct interviews and make records.Finally,according to the recording and interview record table,sort and summarize.Finally,it summarizes and reflects on the problems existing in the whole research process,and puts forward some suggestions for the development of the related micro-classes in the future.
