According to the national ministry of education issued the announcement in 2016,the national education development statistics,as of all kinds of higher education in China by the end of 2016 in the total scale to achieve 36.99 million people,the country's education funds reached 2.807278 trillion yuan,the number of recruit students is up to 7.486 million people,the number of graduates reached 7.2546 million.These data show that since 1998 countries to expand since the implementation of the policy of the country's college enrollment,popularization of higher education continuously implemented throughout the country,the increasing number of graduates,the excess of supply over demand in labor market.In this context,based on foreign scholars' research on over-education,domestic scholars have been exploring the problem of over-education in China in recent years.In this paper about the research of over-education,firstly I use the related theory of knowledge to explain over-education reasons,at the same time try to find influence factors on over-education in these explanations;in this paper I choose the database is 2013 Chinese general social survey(CGSS)database,which is formed by the questionnaire.In combination with related to set the problems in the labor market,finally chose the personal situation,the enterprise situation and the family situation as the related influence factors of over-education in the empirical analysis,to determine the influence factors of over-education and give related suggestions.Before this paper,I read extensively research scholars at home and abroad for excessive education,on the basis of research,trying to gain with this article in the existing literature study corresponds to the research direction and serves as a theoretical guidance.Find different contrast research content at home and abroad,find relevant theoretical basis for further research of this paper.Of which this paper studies the definition and the incidence for excessive education measure,at the same time introduced the excessive education measure of three methods,comparison is given in this paper,various methods of chosen self-assessment method and two kinds of job analysis.In the incidence of excessive education situation,on the basis of for the sake of explanation for the reason of excessive education,this article selects the work human capital investment theory,signal theory,competition theory and labor market segmentation theory;Try to find the reason of excessive education in the theory of the above and influence factors for later.After this part points out that the excessive after the occurrence of education to the state of the main impact of economy,society and so on.And use 2013 Chinese general social survey(CGSS)database,for recovery of the questionnaire data analysis in the first place,to get the excessive Angle of incidence of samples,and then based on the analysis of excessive education influence factors in the process,the use of SPSS statistical software,on the sample regression analysis with binary logistic regression model,and some in selecting all the influence factors according to the size of its contribution to cause excessive education gradually filter is significant influencing factors of influence on it.Finally got my level of education,the form of system of ownership,the enterprise scale and the number of children have more significant effect of excessive education for the conclusion,and combining the related conclusion are given a certain opinion.Including moderately expand of China's higher education investment,the rational allocation of national education resources;Increase the circulation of the Lord,in the Labour market labor,reduce the flow between different labor market cost;From the perspective of labor supply,when carries on the education investment decisions should be clear their career goals,not blindly follow a high degree,reasonable investment in education,make education yield maximize.
