Research On The Application Of Safety Grid Management Of Independent College Student

With the reform of university education management system and the change of management environment of college students,the traditional way of student management is obviously inadequate,therefore,the new requirements for student safety management must be put forward.In recent years,the emergence of grid management concept and its successful application in urban construction and community management provide a theoretical and practical basis for student safety management.As an important part of the higher education organization,the independent college is also a large group of students.The effective mode of establishing the safety management of the independent college students is the basis of ensuring the orderly and efficient development of the management of the independent college,which has the practical significance.According to the current situation of independent college students' safety management,this article tries to combine from the theory and practice point of view,summarizes the domestic and foreign university campus safety management development history,combines with the characteristics of independent college students and the students in Independent College safety grid management theory analysis,using the method of literature,the actual survey research method and comparative analysis method,based on the theory of grid management,establish the model of independent college students' safety grid management organization,and improve the feasibility in practical application.Based on the theory of grid management and the problems existing in the current safety management of independent colleges,this article analyzes the necessity and feasibility of implementing safety grid management in independent college students.This time,the teachers,parents and students of all kinds of service personnel,cyadres and other channels;in space axis,the inside and outside class,life and family series webs of independent college students' safety management organization model,realize the space-time student safety grid management full coverage,to improve the ability to deal with crisis.In order to ensure the normal operation of student safety grid management model in independent colleges,the safeguard mechanism is studied from four aspects: economy,system,culture and team.
