Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Safety Management Of College Students From The Perspective Of Grid Management

Institutions of higher education are the carrier of higher education and the base of training advanced talents which ensure the continuous output of higher-level talents.The enlargement of enrollment at colleges put great pressure on student's security emergency management.In recent years,the number of college student's incident appear to high-occurrence,which public is highly concerned about.Traditional mode is still adopted in college's security management,but it obviously can not adapt to the current situation.This article,through literature and questionnaire,sorts out the current situation of student's security management,pointing out the problem of student's security,such as the lack of organizational system,the singleness of participants on emergency management,the lag of management idea,the mere formality of procedure,the lack of legal system and so on.On the issue of dealing with student's security,the problems of low management efficiency appear,such as the impediment of information communication,the lack of joint command,the delay of resource allocation and bad overall linkage.These problems have a great impact on the ability for students to handle incident.For the sake of reducing loss as much as possible and improve management level,colleges ought to make reform of present management mode.Gird management,being widely used in urban community management in China,is applicable for student's security management because of its people-oriented principle.After discussing the meaning grid management and the necessity of applying it to the student's security management,this article puts forward a few measures in order to promote student's security management at colleges.
