Study On Humanistic Student Management Model In Higher Vocational Colleges

Under the present era of information networking,cultural diversity and college enrollment,the approaches to obtain information of students,who have been more independent,increase a lot,Traditional student management system do not adapt to the trend of college development.Chinese colleges especially the higher vocational colleges which are characterized by “big scale,poor quality and big differences” need the new thinking,innovation,improvement,and regulation reformation.Humanism management system and people-oriented management are the calling of the new era.The innovation of people-oriented management requires the scientific management,humanism service,systematized education and respecting for students.We need to take students as service objects,exploit their potential,aim to develop and enhance their ability and skills,to maximize the initiative and creativity of college students.This paper outlines the concept of “humanistic”,and discusses the application of the theory of human nature assumption,the theory of student development,“X-Y” theory of Mcgregor and two factors theory of Berg Herz in “People-Oriented”.Using the methods of literature research,logical demonstration and interview,based on the comparison of student management between foreign colleges and Chinese colleges,and current status of student management in higher vocational colleges,this paper analysis the existing problems,and puts forward constructive suggestions of mode of student management.The construction of new humanistic mode of student management is a systematic project,Higher Vocational colleges have to improve the humanistic student management mode according to their own characteristics constantly in order to follow the requirement of new era,and provide the reference of further research of student management.Because people oriented theory is a kind of interdisciplinary research,the research of this paper is not deep enough.
