Research On Management Strategies Of Post-intern Students In Higher Vocational Colleges

The student management of higher vocational colleges in the mode of "field work" is the management behavior implemented by school and enterprise in the process of students' participating in field work,which has the extremely vital significance in consolidating and deepening the cooperation between colleges,ensuring that students complete field work task,ensuring the security and stability of the students during the field work,improving the quality of personnel training,promoting the teaching reform of field work and so on.In the process of the student management in field work,more problems are found existing in the student management and having plagued management workers.Therefore,there are important practical guidance value and certain theoretical significance in analyzing the influence factors of student management,exploring the effective management strategy during the field work.Based on the above thinking,this article has applied the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and case study method,in the study on student management strategy during the period of field work.First of all,on the basis of literature research,higher vocational colleges student management work situation investigation questionnaire in the mode of field work and the interview outline of higher vocational colleges student management work status in the mode of field work have been written by selecting the higher vocational college DZ and the students to participate in the field work,teachers participating in the management of campus,and the head of research of university-enterprise cooperation to carry out the questionnaire and interview.And the general situation and main problems of student management during field work have been explored.Second,the two case analysis and discussion of students management during the field work have been selected to study work achievements and the deficiencies in the case study of middle school students' management.Third,on the basis of questionnaire,interview and case analysis,the influence factors of the student management effect during the field work has been analyzed by combining with the relevant management theory.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the main strategy of student management of field work will be summarized.By studying,this paper will produce the following conclusions: first,the main problems of the student management in the mode of "field work" would be: the overall situation is not ideal;management emphasis is not enough,management personnel management,management level is low,content is not outstanding,management mode is simple,etc.Second,the influence factors of student management work in the mode of the field work include the importance of leadership,quality and ability of management team and the management level,the organization form of internship students,degree of enterprise to the attention of the students' training target,students' attitude in field work,etc.Third,the student management of the field work can apply improving the field work management system,actively using of new media means,and two-way employee to supervisor responsibility system,credit swaps,enterprise studio in campus,instructors visit regularly caring students,student management work regular seminars,etc.
