From the trend of international mathematics curriculum reform,many countries are paying more attention to the cultivation of students' core literacy in the world.The classroom teaching goal is a guide to the overall activity of the classroom.As the overall goal,mathematics core literacy should be in-depth and concrete to cultivate the learner's core qualities of mathematics.It is beneficial to implement into practical classroom teaching.Therefore,it is great significance to investigate and study the design and implementation of classroom teaching objectives based on the training concept of mathematical core literacy.In order to analyze the current situation of the design and implementat ion of mathematics teachers in junior middle school about the classroom teaching objectives,the author conducted a survey through literature research,questionnaires and interviews.After the analysis of 108 teaching goal cases and the investigation of 67 middle school math teachers,this paper summarizes the following four questions in the design and implementation of classroom teaching objectives: Someone who ignored the design of classroom teaching objectives and Lacked of awareness of its position and role in the target system and classroom activities;They had confused the levels of course objectives and classroom teaching goals.The goals designed are lack of concreteness in content and overly rigid in format;They had ignored the requirements of the core qualities of mathematics and not paid attention to cultivate students' mathematical thinking quality and key ability;The presupposition has been missed in teaching objective implementation and evaluation.The goal implementation strategy and evaluation method of the design are mainly aimed at reaching of the knowledge and skill goals.It is rarely able to fully implement and evaluate students' goals in every class.According to present classroom teaching goal design and implementation issues,taking Marzano's taxonomy as the theoretical basis through the analysis to sum up the root of the problem,this paper puts forward 7 countermeasures: In order to solve the problem of insufficient understanding of teaching goal level system and status,we have to define hierarchy system of teaching objectives;We should grasp the sub-level of goals in the field of cognition and solve the unreasonable problems of action verbs and design specific measurable classroom teaching goals;To set up a fusion target format and solve the problem of too rigid target format;Clarifying the connotation of mathematical core literacy and establish the current concept of teaching objectives;Building the goal of mathematics core literacy and achieving the requirements in the course objectives;We could preset implementation of the implementation of teaching objectives to ensure the objectives of the classroom activities and effective implementation of all aspects;Presetting the evaluation method of teaching objectives.Learning and constructing a diversified evaluation method based on objectives.Finally,a specific case is given for the proposed strategy combined with the learning situation of students in internship schools.
