On the basis of the theoretical knowledge of strategic management,the paper uses PEST analysis,SWOT analysis and Porter five model to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats and competition status of???company in macro environment and micro environment,meanwhile,this paper combines with the current development of the company and the overall development target of“the first class preschool education brand in China”to put forward some suggestions for the strategic planning of the brand.According to the company's vision,mission,and objectives,the education for kids aged 0-6 years is the core business on market strategy.While taking the offensive market development strategy,it is better to improve the curriculum innovation,service innovation and management innovation;On strategy of function layer,it is better to optimize the organizational structure constantly,establish the learning organization,develop brand strategy and customer relationship strategy,establish fast talent training mechanism and make strategic personnel planning and reserve work.The main characteristics and innovation of this paper as follows: making relevant research on the internal and external control,enterprise development strategy and future development prospects of AHJ educational company using the practical management experience and theoretical knowledge learned at school,also getting the the direction of company's development strategy and the conclusion that the risk management and control of the company should be improved in the strategy's implementation process through the company's strategic design.
