History is created by mankind,and historical development has been affected by human activities.Therefore,the study of historical figures is an important aspect of historical research.Understanding the historical figures of life deeds and spiritual quality,summing up their success or failure,which is helpful to improve the students 'interest in history learning and to cultivate the core competence of students' history subjects.Therefore,based on the essence of history education,it is necessary to use the historical figures to carry out the teaching of the historical figures,which is the important ways and protection to achieve the historical education function of,but also the inevitable choice of historical education.In order to study the present situation,the author mainly adopts the questionnaire survey method,the literature analysis method and the case analysis method to study the present situation in the history teaching of senior high school.Firstly,in this paper,the historical figures are defined and classified,and the historical value and teaching value of the historical figures are discussed.Secondly,according to the results of the questionnaire survey,we could study the forms of the lack of historical figures.Mainly for the lack of historical figures in teaching materials and the lack of teachers'Situation,we could provide teachers the specific strategies to deal with the lack of historical figures of.Finally,focusing on the historical figures for teaching design,we are looking forward to providing effective help to deal with the lack of the historical figures in the history of high school teaching.
