| In order to develop the rural education better,bring in more outstanding teachers for rural areas,and improve the educational level and professional ability of rural teachers,the Ministry of Education started and implemented the “Teacher training program of Master of Education in rural schools”(hereinafter referred to as the “master teachers Program ”from 2004,and it has achieved a certain effect.But in the implementation process,there are still some problems,which we need to solve.This study takes Jilin Province as an example,and it takes the Master Teachers Program graduate students who major in Subject Teaching(Chinese)as the research objects,through the investigation of their teaching situation in the service period,and the collect of current literature,by using the methods of literature research,questionnaire and interview,they found out the existing problems,put forward the corresponding suggestions and opinions,it also provided a new resources and a new method for the program.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is introduction part.It briefly summarizes the background,significance of the research,the domestic research status and research methods.The second part summarizes the related concepts,and expounds the significance of the implementation of the “master teachers Program”;The third part,through the induction and reorganization of the questionnaire,it finds out the teaching problems of “Master Teachers Program” Chinese teachers in service period.I will expound it and analysis its causes one by one form three expects: the rural schools or the Bureau of Education which received this program,the training schools and the teachers themselves;The fourth part takes Chinese teachers of “Master Teachers Program” in Jilin province as an example,and put forward the corresponding solutions based on the theory so as to provide more ideas and some practical and valuable suggestions for the teaching practice of the “Master Teachers Program”Chinese teachers during their service period.Moreover,the pertinent suggestions provided by this thesis can also help the government or the education department as well as the training school to provide better help for the Chinese teachers of the “Master Teachers Program”.Therefore,the topic of the investigation on the current situation of the teaching of Chinese teachers during the course of “Master Teachers Program” is worth exploring further. |
