In order to build a high-level team of teachers,improve the professional development of teachers,improve the quality of education,promote the development of students and promote the reform of education,The state issued the outline of national medium and long term education reform and development plan(2010-2020)clearly points out that we should improve the training system for teachers,and train famous teachers and discipline leaders through training and academic exchanges.General secretary Xi Jinping also mentioned in 2014 that cultivating first-class teachers and improving the overall quality of teachers is an urgent task for the development of education in China today and for some time to come.In order to build a team of teachers with high quality,master studio in the form of learning organization has been established and developed in China,which provides a platform for reflection and exchange for the professional development of young teachers.Through in-depth research,it is found that master studio plays an active and effective role in guiding and promoting teachers' professional knowledge and ability.However,with the continuous progress of master studio,there are also many critical voices.What outstanding problems exist in the process of promoting teachers'professional development in master studio is a subject worthy of attention,which is also related to the healthy development of teachers' professional.This study is a systematic study on the promotion of young teachers' professional development from seven parts.Introduction:Introduce the reason,significance,design and problems to be solved of the research,and sort out the research status at home and abroad.The first part:Define the important concept of the design of the Institute,and trace the theoretical basis of the professional development of master studio and teachers.The second part:To explore the practical situation of the professional development of young teachers in the construction of master studio.Through interview,observation and physical analysis,we can understand the positive exploration of master studio in promoting the professional development of young teachers.The third part:A questionnaire survey was conducted on the current situation of primary and secondary school teachers' participation in master studio in P City,Henan Province.Through the method of questionnaire,we can know the present situation of the participation of the members,teachers and hosts of the master studio in P City,Henan Province,and the actual situation of the development of the master studio,and analyze the results of the survey.The fourth part:In-depth analysis of the real dilemma of master studio in promoting the professional development of young teachers.Based on the interview and analysis of the difficulties in the operation of master studio and the real demands of teachers,the main problems are found as follows:Some of them are lack of operation mechanism,conflict of study time,single learning content and form,and different opportunities for teachers to participate.The fifth part:Explore the effective operation strategy of famous teachers' studio.According to the main problems of master studio,this paper puts forward some pertinent suggestions and strategies from the perspectives of education administration department,host,famous teachers and studio members' teachers,in order to give full play to the leading and exemplary role of master studio and guide the promotion of young teachers'Professional development.The sixth part:According to the research process,content and results,the future research is prospected.
