With the rapid development of the information society and science,the wave of artificial intelligence has become unstoppable.To meet the demand of personnel training with Artificial Intelligence,the regulations A New Generation of Artificial Intelligence Development Plan,published by the State Council announced to set up artificial intelligence related courses in primary and secondary schools,and gradually popularize Programming Education.To implement the educational policy,some primary and secondary schools have carried out programming education for students,and Programming is flourishing in the field of education as a new subject.As an essential programming tool,Scratch is introduced into the programming education of our country with its low difficulty and good taste.However,there are still problems in programming education: the curriculum objectives are not clear,the difficulties of the course are totally different from each other,and the curriculum form is too limited.All of the problems forced Scratch programming course system for primary school students to make a further perfection.This research aims at training students’ programming literacy,designing a Scratch-based programming course system,and testing the practicality of the course system through teaching practice.The methods used in this paper include literature research,questionnaire survey,action research and interview.First,to understand the development of Scratch programming education at home and abroad,the thesis collects and analyzes the related documents of Scratch.Then,with 20 students in Shijiazhuang City West Primary School of foreign language as the research object,the thesis has made the pre-test and analysis of the students’ specific learning situation.By analyzing the situation of students,the thesis has made the teaching design and applied it to the actual teaching.After the teaching practice,the thesis can measure students’ creative tendency to make the student’s analysis of validity.Through questionnaire and interview,the thesis can investigate students’ experience and views on the course,providing some reference value for the design and implementation of Scratch-based primary and middle school programming course.The whole thesis can be divided into 5 chapters:The first chapter is introduction.It mainly introduces the research background,the research issues,the purpose and significance of the research,the content and methods of the research,and the research status at home and abroad.The second chapter is related concepts and theoretical basis.This chapter mainly defines the concept of visual programming,Scratch,and innovation education,and introduces the theory of project based learning,game learning,and "learning in the practice".The third chapter is the design of Scratch programming course in primary and secondary schools.It mainly analyzes the design basis,teaching target,teaching content,teaching process and evaluation method of scratch programming course.The forth chapter is the teaching practice of Scratch programming course in primary and secondary schools.It mainly carries on the preliminary analysis,displays the teaching example "obstacle avoidance car" and reflects the teaching effect,measures the student’s creativity tendency,and investigates the student’s satisfaction to the curriculum before the practice.The last chapter is conclusion.It mainly summarizes the research results,reflects the shortcomings of the research,puts forward the improvement strategy,and calculates the follow-up research.Through the research,the author finds that Scratch-based visual programming can effectively improve students’ creativity level,help students master basic thinking of programming and cultivate students’ logical operation thinking.By combining with the hardware,it can stimulate the students’ interest in learning and improve the students’ computer science literacy.Through this study,the author hopes that on theory the research productions can have a certain reference value for the training of innovative programming talents in China.And on practice,it can have a certain significance for the teachers to carry out the related teaching,adding new strength to the development of programming education.
