With the rapid development of technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data and cloud computing,information technology has become an important engine to promote the growth of economy and science.Education has also paid more and more attention to computer programming courses.Currently,the Scratch programming courses have entered primary and secondary school.At the same time,with the continuous deepening of education reform,the STEAM education concept has also attracted much attention in the education field of China.The STEAM education concept has promoted the development of programming courses in the information technology classroom of primary and secondary school,and encouraged students to participate in programming learning and the Maker practice.However,because the STEAM education is a multi-element and interdisciplinary comprehensive quality education course,the problem of fragmentation of learning content often occurs in teaching practice,the teaching process is difficult to organize and control,and the student's learning efficiency is low.At the same time,although the Scratch graphical programming software turns English-based source code into easy-to-understand graphic blocks,reducing the error rate of beginners in coding.But if teacher do not pay attention to the use of teaching methods as well as the cultivation of programming logical thinking,it is still difficult for beginners to master programming skills and have programming thinking skills by turning character codes into graphical blocks.This makes Scratch programming courses risky becoming "a new version of the Math Olympiad",and may go against natural laws.Therefore,based on a comprehensive analysis of the STEAM education concept and the current status of Scratch graphical programming courses,this study takes students in three classes in the first grade of the X Middle School in Kunming as the research object,and analyzes and summarizes the learning mode of Scratch programming through teaching practice.The previous learning mode have been modified and adjusted.The "6 + 1 Learning Method" has been designed to solve the outstanding problems in the STEAM and Scratch graphical programming learning.AScratch programming learning model based on the STEAM education concept was constructed and a term experiments was conducted.The results of experiments and research show that the Scratch programming learning mode based on the STEAM education concept can promote the cultivation of students' programming logical thinking ability and master the programming technology.At the same time,the "6 + 1 Learning Method" used in this research has changed the learning experience of learners who feel programming is boring to a certain extent in the past,effectively stimulated students' interest in computer programming,and improved students' enthusiasm,and autonomy in learning,laid a solid foundation for students to learn computer programming language in the future,fully embody and practice the STEAM education concept.
