Dealing with the background of ageing population,the WTO put forward the strategic goal of "healthy aging".In recent years,Our government has launched 2030 plan for "Healthy China" and the "Healthy China" Qigong 2020 action plan to promote the national fitness activities.Chinese fitness Qigong,as a national standard sport product,experiencing years of cultivation and development,has a high level of coaching.Fitness Qigong is a national fitness program which is suitable for the aging society.It has a wide range of social needs and a prospect of popularization and popularization.In the context of market economy,compared with the market-oriented yoga,Chinese fitness Qigong has an obvious lag in the current market development.The development of fitness Qigong is still under the government's behavior of promotion,and has a large gap with current social needs.Thus,based on the investigation of the current situation,this paper explores the research of fitness Qigong's promotion and market transformation,aiming at popularizing Qigong into the context of market economy and benefiting people's fitness needs in the aging society.The investigate results are as follows:According to the survey among common people and the old people who are more than60 years,(1)Among the 300 people who are randomly selected from the general public,59 of whom knew Qigong,the proportion is 20%;The number of people who do not know Qigong is 241,and the proportion is 80%;Among these 59 people,only 12 people practice Qigong;Among the 59 people who know about Qigong,30 people hold the view that fitness Qigong can take the road of marketization,and the proportion is 51%,of which 15 are the young,3are the middle-aged,12 are the elder,and the proportion is 25%,5%,20%.(2)A random sample of 100 elderly people over the age of sixty is investigated,and only 18 people know Qigong;among these 18 people,the proportion of the human who practice Qigong honestly is11%.The people who have not practised Qigong is 89%,and all of them agree that the fitness Qigong should be transformed into the market.The data above shows that the development of fitness Qigong is very low in both the general public and the elder.However,it has a certain degree of support for the promotion of fitness Qigong in the way of marketing.According to the survey among 20 fitness Qigong stations in current situation,(1)In the market operation,there is not enough funds to support that.It can only be promoted into the free charge through the intervention of the government,which leads to the limitations of development scope.(2)In the aspect of the management,because most of the fitness Qigong'splaces are built in parks or other outdoor places,and some external factors(such as space,weather etc.)can also affect the development of its opening.(3)as to the point of the supply of coaches,there are fewer equipment and no wage,lacking of the qualification training.(4)In the aspect of course setting,the time is not reasonable and the teaching methods are single.(5)In marketing promotion,the mode of communication is limited and the way is simplification.(6)As to the learners' needs,the management of fitness Qigong's stations can not satisfy the learners' learning time,frequency and other consume needs in the greatest degree.(7)In the market cultivation,both 60%of managers and 66% of practitioners show the wishes of expecting the market-oriented transformation of fitness Qigong.Conclusion:(1)As far as the scope of this research is concerned,the current popularity of Qigong in the general public and those over 60 years old is very low,far from the level of reaching the national requirement of promoting the national health and the needs of the society.It has a broad prospect and needs to be developed vigorously.(2)At present,the promotion mode of fitness Qigong is the station dominated by the government,which has many drawbacks and limitations,which can not meet the needs of social development.It is imperative to expand and build other Health Qigong promotion mode.(3)In the background of market economy,fitness Qigong has been launched nine sets of exercises and a standard size product project.It is feasible in theory to discuss that the fitness Qigong takes the market leading regulation and extension model referring to the market-dominated Yoga model.Suggestions:(1)We should seize the current favorable policies of the party and the government,vigorously promote fitness Qigong,actively explore the way of market development,strengthen the health of the elderly in the aging era,and attract the injection of funds from all aspects of the society.(2)The government and the administration for industry and commerce should be unified to management,and formulate corresponding management policies and strengthen supervision and management.Meanwhile,the fitness Qigong clubs should actively cooperate with the government and the administration for industry and commerce,effectively implement the policies by the government and the administration for industry and commerce,strengthen the internal infrastructure construction,build adequate exercise sites,improve thecoaches' level and overall quality,and develop reasonable curriculum contents and time schedules to meet the needs of the masses.(3)Creating the diversified and multiple form channels for product promotion.Improving the management system of fitness Qigong.Promoting the prosperity and development of the long-term science of fitness Qigong.(4)It can be referred in this essay through the experts investigation methods(Delphi Method)to provide reference for the development of fitness Qigong in the market direction.
