with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and development, thecountry’s economic construction has made great achievements in the world. With people’sliving standards improve rich is urgent demand for physical and mental health. The pursuit ofphysical and mental health craze of the rising, the health fitness method with orientaltraditional culture into the lives of ordinary, vision.This paper makes a comparative study on fitness Qigong, Tai Chi and yoga arenowadays widely popular in India representative China traditional sport health method,analysis the study found that the three has a great similarity in the aspect of health concept,principle and form of exercise,fitness. Research by referring to collect relevant FitnessQigong, Tai Chi,yoga research literature, research work and related health theory and themethod of literature. However,the main use of the literature reading method, logicalanalysis method,comparative analysis method, the fitness Qigong, Tai Chi,yoga in Indiathree cultural background,culture, fitness, fitness function, the theoretical system ofmotion form and the development status of the system arrangement, the similarities anddifferences between the three.Research thinks, qigong, Tai Chi, India yoga has a relatively independent healthpreserving philosophy, advocated "imitation of nature", through the observation on thenature of the understanding of natural laws, and verify to the human body itself, howeverChina sages on "harmony between man and nature", and the India masters say "Vatican Ilike" is the highest realm; fitness Qigong,Tai Chi theory system is built on the five elementsof yin and Yang, Zang Fu,Qi and blood,main and collateral channels of TCM theory,while the India Yoga emphasizes the "energy" or "breath of life",and the "energy" or "breathof life" is to run through the body’s "three Mai seven round",both in the understanding of thehuman body have some difference, but that "Qi" is the key of life existence,and theoperating path special--"pulse"; the three fitness methods are effective in people’s physicaland mental health,the focus is not the same; the three movement action speed is slow,payattention to the "body""interest""heart" of the three blending to achieve good fitness effect;fitness Qigong,Tai Chi, oga as oriental classical athletes Method has spread throughout the world,millions of people and practice,but in a market economy the most competitive isyoga,followed by Taijiquan,qigong potential yet to be developed.
