Study On Case Work Intervention Of College Stay-on And Degraded Students With Learning Difficulty

In the administrative work of colleges and universities,the stay-on and degraded students who have difficulty in learning with less concentration are regarded as the "vulnerable groups",which have changed greatly in the new class,learning environment and communication groups.Their psychological adaptation and learning problems need to be brought to the forefront.At present,the research on the social work intervention of college students mainly focus on freshman psychological adaptation,interpersonal relationship,employment and other aspects,for the stay-on and degraded students with less attention.Based on the interviews of H university statistics of students affairs office,parts of university teachers,counselors and the stay-on and degraded students,this paper realizes the core environment of the stay-on and degraded students to summarize the features of the stay-on and degraded students who have difficulty in learning and the reasons of their low achievement in learning.This paper analyzes the feasibility of the study of the case work,and chooses a typical student with difficulty in learning and study.On this basis,it explores the adaptability and possibility of the case work in the student intervention.This paper,using the typical advantages and values of social work and finding focus point of the research problem by analyzing case work,helps the stay-on and degraded students get out of the trouble and provides the theoretical foundation and empirical support for intervening the stay-on and degraded students who have difficulty in learning with the actual situation of students and full ingratiation of the resources of family,society and university.
