This study uses experimentation and metaphor study to explore the influence of teacher's education on teacher conditional knowledge and teacher beliefs.Experiment one controls machining process whether stored word related to teacher conditional knowledge,and studies the difficulty of machining process.Through operating the paradigm of working memory span,compares the changing process of working memory span between normal university student and non-normal university student.Experiment two adopts eye-movement recording comparing the teacher conditional knowledge of normal university student with non-normal university student,and studies the influence of teacher's education on the effect of normal university students' knowledge construction.Experiment three adopted metaphor study.This study method makes the participants create metaphor image to get their opinions on teachers and teaching process.Using analytical method of the grounded theory to conclude and retrieval theory.Results indicate that normal university students' working memory span and familiarity of teacher conditional knowledge domain are higher than non-normal university student,and that also confirms the three properties of teachers and teaching concept of metaphor for normal university students:knowledge education and guiding teacher,moral education and infectious teacher,deep education and versatile teacher.To some degree,it can be concluded:teacher's education can shape and promote the cognitive processing method and knowledge level of normal university students,and shows that teachers' education plays an active role in transferring knowledge and acquiring teacher beliefs for normal university students.
