Since 2014---the first year of the Internet,the wave of the Internet has swept through an unstoppable trend that has left the world immersed in change.The rapid development of information technology and the continuous upgrade of communications-equipment all make a tremendous change about the university students' access to resources.From the search of ordinary paper information resources to the acquisition of digital resources,the digital resources have a great impact on the college students,so colleges and national education departments have strengthened the construction of digital learning resources.After years of development,the construction of digital learning resources has matured.although many digital resource platforms have been put into use and a lot of learning resources can be provided for inquire,the utilization rate of digital learning resources is not satisfactory.Therefore,this article aims to explore the factors that influence college students' access to digital resources,and According to the research results,which increase the overall utilization of digital learning resources,and give some value information for universities and related education departments.Based on the real experience of college students in acquisition of digital learning resources,this paper builds an evaluation system model of influencing factors about college students' digital learning resources acquisition behavior.First of all,through the literature research,sort out and master the current researches on the acquisition of digital learning resources for college students at home and abroad.second according to the principle of sample survey,10 college students are selected as research objects,and in-depth interviews are conducted about factors affecting college students' acquisition of digital learning resources.Then the author uses grounded theory to analyze the interview content,and draws 15 factors that influence the acquisition of digital learning resources for undergraduates,and these 15 factors are grouped into four main categories.Finally,AHP method is used to quantify the 15 factors influencing college students 'acquisition of digital learning resources,and the results show that the factors affect college students' access to resources in a digital form.And relevant-suggestions are given as well.
