With the continuous development of online education,especially in the post-epidemic era,higher requirements are put forward for the quality and service of digital education resources.However,the current status of digital education resources cannot meet the needs of learners' learning activities,how to rationally utilize and manage a large number of information resources and management is a problem worth thinking about,especially in the face of the rapid growth of digital resources on the Internet.The paper takes the construction of digital education resources as the research topic under the environment of online education,"crowdsourcing" is going to be integrated with the fusion,construction and management of digital education resource.Based on Bourdieu's practical logic theory,this paper clarifies the mechanism of educational crowdsourcing.The paper makes full use of many kinds of educational research methods including questionnaire survey method,interview method,and empirical analysis method,etc,in order to verify the feasibility of the mechanism.Through the research of this paper,the existing digital education resources can be fully utilized to some extent,and the advantages of group participation in resource construction can be brought into play in the form of crowdsourcing,which is conducive to meeting the personalized needs of learners and improving students' academic performance and motivation at the same time.The main research content and innovation of this paper can be summarized as the following three aspects:(1)Aiming at the problems of large number of digital education resources,heterogeneous data and the isolated information,the paper proposes a resource fusion mechanism based on digital education resources crowdsourcing.Firstly,the mechanism constructs the resource agglomeration framework under the digital education resource crowdsourcing,including the process and mode of resource agglomeration.In the process of resource agglomeration,contributors' participation motivation mechanism,quality assurance mechanism and organization mechanism dominated by crowdsourcing are proposed.Then,a knowledge element indexing model based on crowdsourcing is proposed to solve the problem of data heterogeneity and diversity.Finally,the resource sharing process and adjustment mechanism under the crowdsourcing of digital education resources are designed.Participating in resource sharing through crowdsourcing can not only improve the utilization efficiency of existing digital education resources,but also improve the enthusiasm of groups to participate in crowdsourcing and sharing resources.Through the application analysis of the resource fusion in the digital education resource crowdsourcing platform,it is found that the group forces can be effectively activated to participate in the digital education resource fusion and the main body of the digital education resource fusion can be expanded.(2)In view of the problems in the construction of digital education resources,including the homogenization of the provider,the single supply mode,the lack of sharing and feedback in the supply process,and the low quality and efficiency of supply,the paper proposes the construction mechanism of digital education resources based on crowdsourcing.The crowdsourcing mechanism of digital education resources is constructed based on social practice theory.It is mainly based on the needs of learners to generate personalized resources.Crowdsourcing construction subjects are diverse,including but not limited to learners,contributors,users,etc.,and are expandable at the crowd level of construction subjects.Crowdsourcing construction resources have the possibility of transforming and adding value to the existing digital education resources.Experimental studies have shown that the use of crowdsourcing to build resources can improve learners' academic performance and enhance their learning motivation.(3)In view of digital education resources are relatively dispersed,and the lack of dominated by learners of digital education resource management method,the paper optimizes the original directory resource management method,and proposes a map-based crowdsourcing resource management method for digital educational resources.It is divided into four steps in the specific operation steps,selecting courses and preparing data,generating maps,managing maps and visualizing maps.At the same time,it also puts forward the principles to be followed in the process of management of digital education resources.Compared with the static concept map and the tree directory knowledge organization form,the crowdsource-based map personalized knowledge presentation can make full use of the advantages of crowdsourcing,including collaborative construction and autonomous evolution,emphasize the wisdom and power of contributing groups,and optimize the dynamic collaborative construction of knowledge.In the empirical part,higher mathematics,data structure and English are selected as three courses in higher education.The experimental research results show that teachers and students have a high acceptance of the resource management mode,and puts forward their views and opinions,hoping to provide a better way for future resource management.
