Currently,the society for highly skilled talent there is a lot of demand for employment and vocational colleges difficult to form the contradiction between supply and demand.This contradiction shows that our direct personnel training specifications and quality vocational and social requirements for high-skilled personnel,there are some gaps,but practice Teachings is the training of highly skilled personnel necessary only way.For a long time,the practice of teaching in higher vocational colleges focus on the theory and practice of light,light weight capability,light weight class positions tends to knowledge,which also led to the ability of vocational graduates can not adapt to real job needs.Thus,how to construct higher vocational education practice teaching system has become an important research topic.This study is based on this background,for mechanical design and manufacturing of Higher Colleges of professional practice teaching system as the starting point for the mechanical design of Nanchang three vocational colleges and manufacturing expertise,for example,to carry out empirical research.First,the present study the research theme in the background,purpose,meaning,theoretical foundation,research methods,research ideas,etc.to carry out discussion,and do a literature review at home and abroad.Meanwhile,a study for defining core concepts.Subsequently,the present study for mechanical design and manufacture of professional Nanchang three vocational colleges to carry out investigation and study,the researchers found that mechanical design and manufacture of professional practice teaching system there is no clear professional orientation,practice teaching consciousness exists deviation;practice teaching curriculum system is unreasonable,the lack of student training courses;lack of practice teaching funds,a serious shortage of equipment and facilities;"double" teachers lack teaching ability needs to be improved;practical teaching outdated,lagging behind the development of the post;practice teaching method behind guide is not in place and other issues.For problems and shortcomings,this study presents the mechanical design and the basic principles of manufacturing professional practice teaching construction system,and that by increasing the mechanical design and manufacture of professional practice teaching level of awareness;improve the mechanical design and manufacture of professional practice teaching objective system;increase the mechanical design and manufacture of professional practice teaching conditions financial support to strengthen the professional practice of internal and external training base construction conditions,mechanical design and manufacturing construction of practice Teaching "double" team,a sound mechanical design and manufacture of professional practice Teaching content system and improve the mechanical design and manufacture of professional practice teaching management system,mechanical design and manufacture of professional practice teaching appraisal system and other strategies to improve existing mechanical design and manufacturing deficiencies Practical Teaching system.
