The elementary school stage is the beginning of the basic education of the students.At this stage,the teaching of various disciplines plays a role in laying a solid foundation.Primary school physical education should pay attention to the characteristics of physical and mental development of primary school students,according to the characteristics of physical and mental development and the necessity of promoting the development of physical and mental education.From the physiological point of view,movement system,stage system,oxygen transport system,physical fitness has a special neural pupils in the body,effectively promote the healthy development of the sports teaching primary school students must recognize the characteristics of pupils' physiological system,according to the characteristics of these systems according to the arrangement of sports teaching.At present,due to problems in primary school physical education teachers' professional ability problems,teaching attitude,teaching conditions,students' participation in elementary school,based on the physiological characteristics of physical education still has some problems.This research mainly adopts the method of literature,investigation,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods,taking Handan city public primary school physical education as the object of study.Through the study,the following conclusions:(1)Handan city primary school physical education teachers are mainly young people,the degree of undergraduate education mainly,the title of the initial,intermediate based.Primary school sports teaching site conditions are better,but the funds and sports equipment need to be further improved.In physical education,there is no comprehensive physical education for primary school students to carry out effective physical education.Physical education pays more attention to skill teaching,and the overall effect of skill teaching is general.Students have higher initiative and interest in physical education.(2)Handan city primary school physical education for the physiological characteristics of students there are many problems.In terms of exercise system,weight training,muscle balance development,body posture training arrangements are not in place.In the oxygen transport system,arrangement of endurance training content,practice the distinction,the breathing method needs to be further rationalized,professor.In the aspect of nervous system,attention should be paid to the stimulation of students' interest in teaching,and it is necessary to strengthen the audio-visual teaching and reduce the difficulty of movement.In different levels of division is not enough targeted,need to further strengthen the understanding of the sports curriculum standards.In the teaching of physical education,according to children's physical quality development law,age characteristics,physical quality level,there are still lack of physical education.(3)primary school sports teaching should attach importance to the training and pay attention to the correct posture and balance.The development of comprehensive,exercise reasonably,flexibility exercises and weight-bearing exercises,weight-bearing exercises combined with muscle;in the sports teaching reasonable arrangement of exercise load,abide by the distinction principle,training the correct breathing method,strengthen the object teaching and reducing the difficulty of movement,pay attention to the principle of distinction,according to the rule of development of primary school students physical sports teaching,according to the characteristics of physical development of pupils physical education.
