Important stage in primary school education is part of basic education, is an important part of the growth of talent, but also the best growth stage physical and psychological quality of students formed, this time elementary school physical education is an important function of any other education can not be replaced.Rural education is also determine the future development of China. Basic education teachers, teachers play an important role in education. However, due to the influence of external factors, leading to now most of the rural economic development and urban living environment compared to a big gap, resulting in an insufficient number of teachers in rural primary schools, especially in rural areas the number of primary school teachers in a serious lack of sports. Student at the primary level is the motherland budding flowers, they are just entering the scope of compulsory education, physical education teachers have a responsibility to educate them, train their sports interests, but due to lack of physical education teachers, eventually leading to the school physical education curriculum difficult to implement, affecting the quality of PE teaching in schools.In this paper, through literature, questionnaires, interviews, statistics and other research methods, the status of Handan City, rural primary school physical education teachers teaching staff to conduct a comprehensive in-depth study of rural primary school physical education, sports faculty structure, Sports Research accept the status quo and continuing education, the environment and rural primary school physical education teachers and other treatment conditions, investigation and analysis. Through mathematical statistics questionnaire obtained statistical data, and finally the use of logical analysis of statistical data and interviews to get good information, summarize and organize and make a logical analysis, the conclusions of this paper.The following conclusions:1. Handan City, rural primary school physical education teachers teaching the existence of irrationality, a small number of rural primary school physical education teachers in Handan City, the phenomenon is more serious loss of teachers, can not meet the required elementary physical education in rural areas.2. The sex ratio of male and female physical education teachers in rural primary schools imbalance, particularly the proportion of men and women in some remote rural primary school physical education teachers to 8: 1.3. The number of part-time teachers in the school’s sports more, while the number of full-time physical education teachers serious shortage affecting improve the quality of school physical education.4. Handan City in a rural primary school PE teachers aged aging stage, the level of knowledge of rural primary school physical education teachers during the age is not high, about 8% of the PE teachers with college degrees, college education is the largest number of physical education teachers, physical education teachers occupy 46.81% of the total number of physical education teachers visible specialist qualifications dominated rural primary education.5. The special structure of rural school sports physical education teachers is relatively simple and does not have a multi-faceted and can not promote the improvement of schools and their physical and physically-round development, and therefore the structure of professional sports sports teachers must diversify and multi-faceted.6. Rural Sports Handan City, a low level of scientific research ability of primary school teachers, school leaders do not support the sports research, sports teachers ’low education levels, there is no ability to participate in sports research activities; to improve teachers’ education levels, participate in continuing education is to improve the physical itself an effective way to level the overall quality of teachers. In the survey, the number of full-time physical education teachers participated in continuing education is only about 30% of the total number, the percentage proportion of very little.7. Handan City, only 20 percent of rural primary school physical education teachers the number of hours to meet the requirements specified in the school, and most of the physical education teachers teaching physical education curriculum is occupied by other disciplines; rural primary school PE teacher workload is relatively large, but the teacher’s wages compare low enough to meet the daily needs of normal families.Recommendations:1. rural schools should increase the number of full-time physical education teachers, physical education teachers to improve school rational distribution of men and women.2. The introduction of a large number of young full-time physical education teachers, physical education teachers in rural primary schools to improve the age structure.3. PE teachers in rural primary schools lower education levels, exercise special structure is relatively simple; the higher education sector should increase the cost of investment in continuing education in rural schools, physical education teachers to provide more training opportunities for further studies to improve rural primary school PE teacher education levels structure.4. To improve the teaching of teachers in the school’s status and treatment to improve the school’s sports environment.5. Physical Education regulations to improve the management and increase the number of hours of physical education curriculum in rural primary schools to ensure school physical education curriculum in rural schools, in strict accordance with the requirements to complete the syllabus to improve the quality of teaching physical education curriculum.6.
