The Research On Financial Loan Risk Warning Of Hunan Vocational Institute Of Safety Technology

Great changes have taken place in higher education recent years.Expanding enrolment makes higher education from elite education to mass education rapidly,however,with the continuous expansion of the education scale,the shortage of recruit students and education funds are becoming more and more severe which result in the severe debt burden in colleges.Colleges are going to expand the land scape,rebuild the old campus and build the new campus.Colleges are in short of fund so they ask the bank for loan.The loan is also a double-edged sword which can enhance the school strength,alleviate the financial strain,or bring huge financial risks for colleges.How to measure and avoid financial risks has become a problem which the administrative department and financial management department of colleges must be faced with.Based on the domestic and international research results,this paper elaborates the related theory of financial risk warning system:financial risk,financial risks in colleges and analysizes the current loan situation of Hunan Vocational Institute of Safety Technolocy.This papaer analysizes the reason why there is loan risk in Hunan Vocational Institute of Safety Technolocy.Finally put forward the preventive measures based on the financial risk of Hunan Vocational Institute of Safety Technolocy.Most of the vocational colleges in China are lack of insufficient understanding of the financial risk and experience in loan risk management.Colleges have to strengthen the research of financial risk,formulate corresponding measures and provide a basis for macro-financial management.This article is in the framework of the vocational colleges education,hoping to set up a financial risk warning model and complete the vocational colleges financial risk prevention measures.
