Since 1990s,the Learning by Design(LBD)of foreign educational technology research filed has started and gradually be used in many areas.It is a kind of teaching model which focus on design concept,use design skills to solve problems,construct knowledge,cultivate students' personality and creativity.In China,this research gradually rising in the recent years,theoretical and practical studies have developed.And in practical field,most the teaching application are for science subject,so it is still for researchers to discuss how to use this new teaching method to design and practice social studies.The basic concept of comprehensively improve students' cultivation in Chinese in the?Chinese Curriculum Standards of Compulsory Education?which published in 2011,and the publish of the college entrance examination reform measures in 2013,both of it means to highlight develop students' language ability.However,poetry is one of the most important learning resource to improve students' technical quality and ability of thinking in Chinese subject.This paper try to use Learning by Design to make teaching design of poetry writing,and based on the learning concept of design,discuss the teaching progress design of Chinese subject in middle school.From what has been discussed above,the necessity of this research is self-evident.This paper go into particulars the theory and practical research of The Design-Based Teaching and Learning,summarizes the research results of most of the domestic LBD,and try to discuss the feasibility of Learning by Design applicate in poetry writing.Based on these,it also put forward new model of LBD.The model has a lot of characteristics,such as:simple operation,outstanding design,removal of unnecessary steps,openness and circulation,and so on.The writer analysed and summarize the present situation of poetry writing in junior school by questionnaire survey and interview survey,and discovered a series of real problems about poetry writing teaching.The survey found a series of practical problems about the teaching of poetry writing,containing the create neglecting of poetry learning,the compression of the social utilitarian environment and the marginalization of the poetry in the College Entrance Examination.Finally,according to these problems from the survey,combines with the theory of Chinese teaching and Learning by Design,and it get technical support from theChao Xing company's application "Xue Xi Tong",then make the design of teaching process for the course "Based on typical image of poetry and write modern poetry".
