The teacher and student separate, so more attention should be paid to the design of self-regulated learning, and we must design network resource under the guidance of modern education theory for students, by doing this we can give a full exertion of students' initiative and positivity, and embody the students' function as a cognitive main body.This paper base on institution of subject-based learning web station of " southern flowers" being set up by higher education of Guangdong Province modern education technology, Through viewing and literature survey, understand that studies the development of subject-based learning web station, And according to instructional design theory, constructivism study theory, digital chemistry and practises theory, With studying the design method of self-regulated learning to combine the discipline professional content of agriculture and forestry, The of" southern flowers" was developed, and have used experimental study ,and has thought.
