Research On Mental Health Education Of College Students From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

The mental health education of college students has always been a topic of great concern.Moreover,how to improve the effectiveness of college students' mental health education has become an urgent problem to be solved in China's universities.This paper absorbs the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,and deeply analyzes the current mental health of college students and the problems of mental health education.On the basis of analyzing the cause of the problem,to explore the concept and countermeasure of enhancing the effect of mental health education of college students on the view of ideological and political education,This study will use the relevant theoretical knowledge of ideological and political education,and comprehensive reference psychology,ethics,sociology and other related theories,according to the following ideas to discuss: firstly,classify and ascribe the survey results of network questionnaire,then analyzes the current students' mental health and the problems of mental health education actually;secondly,sum up the causes of the poor effect of mental health education of college students by the way of combining theory and practice;finally,in line with the purpose of improving the effectiveness of the mental health education for college students,on the basis of correctly grasping the basic idea and objective practice of improving the level of college students 'mental health education,combined with the objective reality,the author puts forward some effective countermeasures to improve the current situation of college students' mental health education.The basic conclusion of this paper is that most of the mental health problems of college students are ideological and cognitive problems.In the past,due to over-reliance on psychological methods and neglect of ideological and political education methods,the effectiveness of psychological health education is not strong.Therefore,strengthening the mental health education of college students must use the method of ideological and political education,make full use of the unique advantages of ideological and political education and combine it with mental health education of college students in order to open up the new way of college students' mental health education under the environment of diversification.
