A Study On The Construction Of Public Trust In Foreign Non-Governmental Organizations In China

Since the reform and opening up,a large number of overseas non-governmental organizations enter China to carry out activities,such organizations involved in poverty alleviation,environmental protection,health care,education,animal protection,culture and other fields in many areas,and to provide actively quasi-public products for China,especially in the southwest and northwest regions,have made outstanding contributions to changing the poverty and backwardness of these areas.At present,the activities of foreign non-governmental organizations in China have formed a certain scale and realized the rapid development.These organizations have brought capital,ideas,experience and technology to show a high level of professionalism.To promote China's economic development and social progress has made a positive contribution.Compared to Chinese local non-governmental organizations,because they are established outside,so there is a distinction and particularity.In practice,foreign non-governmental organizations in China to carry out a number of public projects have achieved the desired results,access to public and government recognition,won a high credibility,especially in remote areas,the local people give to foreign non-governmental organizations very high evaluation.It is of great value to study the experience of the construction of the credibility of foreign non-governmental organizations in China.This paper systematically analyzes the ways in which the overseas NGO's credibility construction in China cooperates with the government,including the central government and local governments,and the local non-governmental organizations,including official non-governmental organizations and grassroots organizations,and universities and research institutions,pay attention to field investigation and study,improve the internal management of the organization,pay attention to open and transparent information,enhance the supply of public goods,the implementation of localization strategy.China's non-governmental organizations are facing the problem of lack of credibility,combined with China's actual situation,this paper argues that the status of foreign non-governmental organizations credibility construction has a revelation to the credibility construction of China's non-governmental organizations,including the establishment of sound laws and regulations,improve the information disclosure system,strengthen their own capacity building,Strengthen cooperation with the government.China's non-governmental organizations are actively going out,compared with foreign non-governmental organizations,starting late,the overall point of view in the initial stage,by analyzing the background and the status of Chinese non-governmental organizations to learn from foreign non-governmental organizations credibility construction experience,from the reality of our country,this paper puts forward the policy recommendations of Chinese non-governmental organizations going out to build credibility,including improving the relevant laws of Chinese non-governmental organizations going out,increasing the government's support for Chinese non-governmental organizations to go out,strengthen the the platform construction of Chinese non-governmental organizations to go out,and actively create a the social atmosphere of Chinese non-governmental organizations to go out.
