In the last century, the rise of non-governmental organizations around the world, to the history of mankind for innovative organizational system is of great significance. NGO under the guidance of government support and the market economy, after 30 years of development, many aspects of NGO now our lives have played a significant role.With the gradual improvement of administrative reform and the deepening of the market economy, a lot of changes in the functions of government, especially since the reform and opening up, non-governmental organizations play an increasingly important role in rural poverty reduction. Although we NGO in the development of our country has played a pivotal role, but this year the frequent occurrence of "public scandal" non-governmental credibility construction posed a serious challenge.For this reason, for the purposes of NGO, how to enhance their credibility, access to public recognition, expand their own while playing in public affairs more and more important role is particularly important. In this paper, Beijing Ge Friends of Public Aid Foundation actual cases of NGO conducted a study to analyze the need for rural compulsory education in our country’s current situation and NGO participation in rural compulsory education.
