With the continuous development of information technology,the overall demand for teachers is increasing.Teachers not only need to strengthen their professional level,but also need to improve their teaching ability in the information environment.On the basis of professional knowledge,teaching research novice teachers and expert,through questionnaire survey,classroom observation,video analysis and other methods,found that teaching differences between novice teachers and expert teachers,from the angle of research novice teachers and expert teachers in different types of interactive teaching factors and there is a specific reason for the difference.Try to put forward the effective teaching in the information environment interactive suggestions and strategies.This study tries to find the problems through the analysis of the novice teachers in the teaching process,and improve,promote development of novice teachers,improve the novice teachers in the environment of information technology and teaching interactive fusion ability,improve their teaching ability,and provide a theoretical basis for teachers'teaching interaction in the environment of information technology,to provide ideas and Practice for the teachers to implement the depth of interactive teaching in information technology environment based on.
