With the deepening of mathematics curriculum reform in China,improving the professional quality of mathematics teachers has become a hot issue in mathematics education reform,and the growth and development of novice teachers has attracted the close attention of many experts,scholars and even schools and education authorities.This study selects the video of the first prize winner in the 13 th primary school mathematics teaching reform observation,exchange and display training activity,which is the highest level of primary school mathematics exchange activity and has great research value.Use of Flanders Interaction Analysis System.with classroom observation method to encode video video Analysis,then the mathematical expert and novice teachers' classroom teaching characteristic,through class structure,style,orientation,emotional characteristics,stability,question and answer mode,class time tag line 6 dimensions were analyzed.The differences between novice math teachers and expert math teachers are obtained,the advantages of expert math teachers are pointed out,and Suggestions are provided for the professional growth of young math teachers.Through the analysis of the cases,it is found that there are some commonalities in the teaching of novice teachers: 1.Attach importance to classroom questioning;2.Attach importance to the praise and encouragement of students;3.There are also some differences: 1.Classroom structure features: expert teachers are problem-driven,while novice teachers are mainly lecturing.2.Teacher style tendency: expert teachers pay attention to learning,while novice teachers pay attention to themselves.3.Emotional atmosphere features: the atmosphere of expert teachers is lively,while that of novice teachers is insipid.4.Classroom stability: expert teachers are active and lively,while novice teachers are traditionally stable.5.Features of q&a mode: expert teachers are open and diverse,while novice teachers are closed and single.some opinions :(1)optimizing classroom structure,highlight students' subjectivity 2.Cultivation of problem consciousness,improve the divergent thinking 3.Stimulate students interest,accurate evaluation of language 4.Adjust the classroom stability,enhanced activity in class 5.Equality and interaction between teachers and students,question and answer mode diversification,hope these Suggestions can give preservice teachers and novice teachers somerevelation,promote the development of specialization and professionalization of teachers.For the future of education.
