Teacher-student relationship is the main relationship in the classroom, and its quality directly affects the teaching process and teaching effectiveness. However, middle school students are in adolescence with rapid physical and mental development and mood swings are relatively large. At the same time, under the current Internet background, the channels and methods for students to accept knowledge are more diversified, which poses a challenge to traditional teaching. The change from traditional teaching to Internet teaching can easily lead to student dissatisfaction;the information brought about by the Internet is mixed, and students The values have not yet become extremely vulnerable to bad information;the students' pursuit of personality development in the context of the Internet is in conflict with the general teaching of the class teaching system;students indulge in mobile media in the classroom and cause poor communication between teachers and students, triggering conflicts and so on.The conflict between teachers and students in the classroom will not only directly affect the quality of teaching, but also affect the degree of follow-up students in the classroom, the other students' learning environment, physical and mental health development. Therefore,it is necessary to study the conflict between teachers and students in the junior high school classroom.Based on combing Chinese and foreign documents, this study combined questionnaires, observation methods and interviews to gain insights into the current status of teacher-student conflict in a middle school in Nanyang City,Henan Province.First of all, through the development of questionnaires for teacher and student editions respectively,a preliminary understanding of teacher-students' understanding of the teacher-student conflict in the classroom;at the same time, the use of observation methods,in-depth classroom, development of observation scales, close observation of the relationship between teachers and students in the classroom,Record and analyze the observed events to observe the real situation of teacher-student conflict in the classroom. In addition,in order to make up for the deficiencies of the above two methods, more direct and in-depth understanding of the relevant issues of teachers and students, targeted teachers and students who have relatively frequent occurrences of conflict phenomenon were interviewed, and their satisfaction with teacher-student relationship was investigated. The teacher-student conflict-causing behavior, the causes of the conflict, the respective practices of the teacher-student conflict, and the suggestions for resolving the teacher-student conflict are used to conduct a more in-depth study of teacher-student conflict in the classroom.Chinese and foreign scholars tend to explore strategies for teacher-student conflict resolution in the fields of teachers, students, society, and families. The scope of their coverage is very wide but they are extremely prone to formalities. At the same time,Chinese and foreign scholars often amplify the negative impact of teacher-student conflict and ignore or even ignore the positive impact of teacher-student conflict. We should face up to the positive impact of teacher-student conflict in classrooms, and even promote active teacher-student conflict in the classroom. The teacher-student relationship is the main subject of teacher-student conflict in the classroom, and the conflict between teachers and students in the classroom is also in the classroom. Therefore, the teacher-student conflict resolution strategy is mainly to solve teacher-student conflict from teachers and students.Teachers: Improve classroom management methods, improve information-based teaching capabilities, strive to improve professional qualities, use educational wisdom in a flexible manner, correctly view teacher authority, and rely on interactions with online platforms.Students: Respect and actively communicate with teachers, and actively participate in mental health education. To improve emotional comprehension and control,we will treat the school system “one in two” and make reasonable use of network resources.
