At present,China's society is in a rapid transition period, the economy, politics, culture, science and technology and other fields are undergoing major adjustments. The entire society has begun to show complex characteristics, including prominent contradictions, stalemate between the old and new systems, and multiple values. In this social change process, the teacher-student relationship is undergoing profound changes, and the recessive conflict between teachers and students in classes has become more and more common. In this study, teachers and students from Wuhu G junior high school were selected as the research object.Six students and six teachers from three grades of junior high school were randomly selected for in-depth interviews.During the research,10 classrooms were also observed on site to obtain diversified information about recessive conflicts between teachers and students. In order to be able to accurately obtain the rich material of recessive conflicts between teachers and students,I try to have a good relationship with teachers and students, and close the psychological distance between each other. At the same time,I also try to integrate into the classroom life situation as an "insider" as much as possible,so as to make the interviewees truly express their perceptions, feelings and attitudes about the recessive conflict between teachers and students. The results of this in-depth interview and on-site observations show that the recessive conflicts between teachers and students in the G junior high school have the following characteristics:Firstly, recessive conflicts between teachers and students often and widely exist in all areas of school class life, and they have clearly shown a trend toward explicit conflicts.Secondly, most of the recessive conflicts between teachers and students occur in classroom teaching, but occasionally they also occur in extracurricular life.Thirdly, this implicit conflict involves not only conflicts at the cognitive level, but also frictions and resistances at the emotional and attitude levels. In addition, the perspectives of teachers and students on the causes of conflicts also show significant differences. Most teachers think that students are the main cause of teacher-student conflict, while moststudents think that teachers are the main cause of recessive conflict. However, both sides almost agree that the lack of in-depth understanding of each other between teachers and students is also an important reason for the conflict.Undoubtedly, the recessive conflict between teachers and students is the result of multiple factors, such as the division of the world of meaning between teachers and students, the decline of teacher dignity, the accumulation of negative emotions, and the blocking of communication channels. The reason why the teacher-student conflict exists in a recessive way is related to the constraint of moral principles and the profit-avoiding mental state.A rational response to the recessive conflict between teachers and students is an inevitable requirement for establishing a harmonious teacher-student relationship. Therefore, teachers must establish a correct education concept, which mainly includes a scientific view of students and a view of conflict. At the same time, teachers should treat students equally with each other in the process of communication, and strive to dissolve discourse hegemony, tolerate and appreciate students. Moreover, both teachers and students need to follow the principles of authenticity, correctness, and sincerity in the process of communication.Even if there are differences in communication, they must strive to gain the understanding and approval of each other by exchanging knowledge and opinions.
